Revenue Assurance/ Billing / Margin Analyst - Technology

Role Responsibilities:

• Responsible for delivering strategic change including transformation of controls & processes to ensure operation of the most efficient and effective function & delivering increases in control coverage.

• To assure the monitoring, validation and reconciliation of e2e processes of the usage revenue & cost for all Core usage products, systems and propositions.

• To ensure all usage generation and processing is timely, complete and accurate in addition to promoting customer confidence through robust control improvements

• Responsible for ensuring minimisation of revenue loss and production of revenue reporting to demonstrate the control performance & usage revenue impact

• To develop, improve, track and support revenue optimisation and efficiency of all required business process and rules that governs both internal and external adherence to guidelines outlined by the Group

Ideally candidates will be from a Revenue Assurance background who have prior experience in a similar role. Similarly, candidates from a billing /revenue/margin analyst type background who have transferable skills will also be considered, as will those from a technical audit background, who have strong IT skills and/or experience of TMT sector (IT Auditors will also be considered).
