Corporate Finance Executive (Transaction Support)

THE OPPORTUNITY
Joining the Transaction Support team within Corporate Finance Advisory you will be fully involved in the project management of deal work and will also be very involved with clients, planning and delivering solutions in conjunction with management teams.
Your specific responsibilities will be focused on analysing financials and assessing the likely impact of transactions, understanding key business drivers and working to deliver reports and analysis to clients which add value to corporate finance transactions.
You will support on a wide range of corporate finance transactions, typically within the mid / large deal market. You can expect a busy working environment and opportunities to enhance your skills and progress your career.

THE PERSON
Ideally you will have recently qualified within a mid or top tier chartered practice where you will have gained experience of leading large audit engagements and working closely with client management teams. You will be focused on developing your career within corporate finance specifically within a top tier firm environment.
