Rank Hovis Milling is a leading UK business to business supplier of flour and baking ingredients trading under its Rank Hovis, Fleming Howden and Holgran trade brands.

 

The Company is head-quartered in High Wycombe and operates as a stand-alone division within the newly created Hovis Ltd joint venture between the Gores Group and Premier Foods.

 

The Milling Division is now looking to recruit a Finance Manager to work with the operational management team to provide information to drive business performance. This is a newly created role and is a key hire for the division at this exciting time of change for the business.

 

A truly all encompassing opportunity where you will work closely with the Finance, Commercial and operational management teams to provide accurate, timely reporting and analysis aimed at delivering insight, challenge and support to the Commercial, Procurement and Site Operations teams.

 

You will play an instrumental role in supporting the leadership team in the delivery of key turnover, profit and cash targets and will be involved in a number of key initiatives aimed at improving simplification and process improvement.

 

We are looking for a top tier candidate who has the drive and ambition to grow with the business.

 

You will bring genuine gravitas and strong communication skills to develop relationships at all levels. With a proven track record of influencing both finance and non finance individuals, you will also need to demonstrate the ability to see the bigger picture as well as being able to work at a detailed level.
