Part-Time Management Accountant

Gleeson Accountancy Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a part-time Management Accountant for an award-winning International business services client based in the centre of Oxford, within walking distance of Oxford Station.

You will ideally have previously worked in a similar Management Accounting role, and be able to work without supervision and you are likely to be part-qualified CIMA/ACCA or qualified by experience. Any previous experience of working in a consultancy or project driven environment would be preferred, but not essential.

You will be assisting the Finance Manager with a variety of different duties, and likely to be 3 days per week (days of your choosing) or reduced hours over a 5 day period. You are required to offer flexibility and be able to work increased hours at critical month-end periods.

Your duties will include:

- Assisting the Finance Manager with preparation of monthly management accounts
- Variance Analysis
- Accruals & Pre-payments
- Balance Sheet Reconciliations
- Revenue Recognition
- Ad-hoc finance duties, as and when required
