Investigo are currently recruiting a Financial Accountant for a Global leading FMCG business based in Surrey. The ideal candidate will be qualified/newly qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA.
Responsibilities:
- Create journal entries in SAP in order to close the month end accounts for a dedicated number of factories.
- Complete periodic financial reports & issue to local Finance and budget holders in accordance with the timetable set.
- Create monthly balance sheet reconciliations for a dedicated number of balance sheet accounts in accordance with the timetable set.
- Complete weekly and monthly KPI reports & issue to central Finance Management in accordance with the timetable set.
- Be the process expert for Hyperion reporting, completing all periodic financial submissions and supporting team members by knowledge sharing.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects with the team of Finance Managers, based on agreement with the Finance Manager.
- Provide ad hoc business support to the local Finance teams in the manufacturing sites, as agreed with the Finance Manager
- Complete ad hoc data entry tasks & reports as required.
Skills:
- Passed Finalist/ Qualified CIMA/ ACCA
- 3 years + experience
- SAP FI/CO knowledge
- Hyperion knowledge
- Year End/ audit experience
