Elevation Accountancy & Finance are currently recruiting a an Assistant Credit Manager for a large and prestigious firm in Sheffield. They have worldwide operations, are a strong market leader in their field and can offer good career development and opportunities within. There based in modern offices with excellent facilities and on site parking.
The role will involve overseeing a department and managing 5 staff. The role will include the following duties:-
*Supporting staff and encouraging development
*121s and development reviews
*Recruitment for the team
*Addressing any staff issues
*Processing customer accounts
*Fully maintaining risk categories
*Providing departmental KPIs
*Visiting customer/ site visits
*Producing month end and business reports
*Approving higher level credit applications
To be successful for this role the candidate must:-
*Be prepared to wards or is working towards the ICM Qualification
*Have strong negotiation skills
*Have a good understanding about the workings of a balance sheet
*Dynamic and a good leader
*Staff management experience
