Elevation Accountancy and Finance are currently assisting a leading Independent firm of Chartered Accountants based in Sheffield in the recruitment of a Payroll Assistant. Reporting to the firms Payroll Manager, the successful individual will assist in the running of a large payroll bureau for a variety of clients on a weekly and monthly basis, taking responsibility for all aspects of payroll including processing starters, leavers, administering SSP, SMP, SPP, PAYE, NI, also the management of client queries.
The ideal candidate will have experience of working within a multi payroll function, ideally from within a firm of accountants or specialist payroll bureau.
