Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

My client, a market leader in providing innovative video services, is looking for a Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis.

Supporting the Finance Director and FP&A Group in the analysis and planning of international business, the FP&A Manager will liaise with business teams on multiple projects to drive performance and support company initiatives

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Understanding and monitoring key business drivers to ensure profitability and assist in decision making
• Maintaining close relationships with Sales and Business Development to manage the Commercial Finance process with financial modelling and customer analysis
• Managing the financial planning process including budgets, five year plans and quarterly forecasts
• Creating customer and regional profitability report to track against budgets
• Developing cost analysis in support of; operational KPI's, headcount and capacity models, and materials cost tracking
• Providing and implementing recommendations to improve both systems and processes that benefit the FP&A organisation as well as success factors
• Leading and support planning for systems enhancements, upgrades or new product role outs
• Managing one direct report, with the opportunity to grow the team

My client is looking for a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA,CIMA, or other overseas equivalent) with experience within an FP&A position, ideally within a media or technology organisation. This position requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively within all levels of management, and desire to work in an extremely fast-paced environment with rapidly changing business priorities.
