Finance Manager

Circle Square are currently working with a real estate investment company who are the RE arm of a huge multinational investment company. They have around 7 million Square feet of commercial and residential property across the world in Europe, North America, Asia and Australia.

They are looking to hire a Global Finance Manager, to handle and co-ordinate the following duties for the global entities:
-Full Management Accounts process including board reporting/presenting
-Budgeting and forecasting for properties, and analysing information to ensure commercial success is achieved at all times
-Statutory Reporting to ensuring compliance to relevant local GAAPs
-Cash flow forecasting for properties
-Building relationships with Property Managers and Asset Managers to ensure solid co-operation and robust financial support.

The require someone with the following background:
-Qualified accountant
-Real Estate experience
-Knowledge of international GAAPs (ideally U.S., German, Luxembourg)
-VAT and Tax knowledge relating to Real Estate
-German Speaker preferably
-System used: Yardi
