Key accountabilities and decision ownership
• Overall management of P2P process. This includes ensuring strong internal control over supplier payments, resolving escalations from suppliers and from within Vodafone, and linking effectively with the Shared Service Centre team in Puné (SSC).
• Ensure P2P process is efficient and effective. Drive local process improvements and influence Global Processes / Core Business Model.
• Shape and drive delivery by SSC and define and implement service improvements to ensue collaborative working between SSC and UK colleagues to guarantee business success
• Define and deliver high levels of customer service to internal customers and suppliers.
• Drive business compliance for P2P process
Core competencies, knowledge and experience
· Substantial Accounts Payable management experience in a Multi-national Corporation
· Proven ability to resolve complex and difficult supplier payment issues that require cross-functional engagement across the business
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- SAP
- Excel to a very good level
