The successful applicant will be joining a fast paced market leading business and become an integral part of the commercial finance team. This is an employer of choice which has achieved considerable growth in the last ten years and has plans for continued national and international expansion. You will be tasked with business partnering the operational and regional sales teams to drive performance and efficiencies. Key duties will include:
• Offer decision support to senior stakeholders around the company
• Support internal incentive schemes through identifying opportunities to drive performance and robust measurement of achievement
• Turn data into insight and make well considered recommendations in a fast paced and ever changing environment
• Business partner with key decision makers to ensure delivery of the business strategy and profitable growth
• Develop appropriate financial and operating processes to support and promote improved revenue and efficiencies
• Act as a catalyst for change
• Support the management team on ad-hoc commercial projects
This is seen as a developmental role and as such the ideal candidate is likely to be a newly / recently qualified accountant with commercial acumen and excellent communication skills. You would be expected to be pushing for promotion from this position within 18 months so we are seeking somebody very much on the upward curve. Salary offered is £35k - £40k + car + bonus.
