Senior Finance Manager, Group – FTSE 100

This global household name PLC has experienced high profile success over the last 5 years with share price doubling and new revenue streams being exploited.  The Group finance function is a well-respected and high profile unit, populated with largely Top 4 trained, high achieving finance professionals who operate in a commercially orientated capacity that is rare amongst other large PLC group finance functions.  The Group team help drive the commercial agenda, working closely with business and finance heads across the divisions, functioning in an advisory capability in a genuinely insightful partnering capacity.  The role demands executive leadership exposure, development and leadership of a small team of highly competent qualified finance professionals and an agility of mind-set to work across multiple projects across various business units.  You will be a qualified accountant, either within Top 4 or a medium to large sized PLC, with a high degree of technical accounting competency including knowledge of IFRS and the latest accounting standards.  With significant intellectual horsepower you will naturally display substantial credibility and gravitas and first rate communication skills.  Critical to your success in this role is the ability to not only deliver in this position but to also demonstrate the aptitude for repeated promotional potential.
