MBA Campus Recruiter

My client a large global brand is looking for an experienced EMEA MBA Campus Recruiter with a large corporate background. The EMEA Campus Recruiter will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key business schools in both the UK and Europe. Managing recruiting activities and events on campus (including budget management). You will be responsible for analyzing the recruiting metrics and external data throughout the recruiting season. Ensuring seamless delivery of candidate interviews and assessment centers. Managing the MBA Summer Intern Programme, both in planning and execution of the programmes various components. Advising and assisting internal business partners on attracting and building a strong pipeline of MBA talent.
