Blackwaters is recruiting for a qualified finance business partner to join a leading global insurance group based near to Crawley.
This is a superb commercially focused role supporting the business directly (with a dotted line into finance/FP&A).
Key responsibilities include:
The Role
- Supporting the financial planning and analysis manager to enhance profitability, financial controls, data integrity and reporting through Analysis, investigation and subsequent design.
- Developing decision support materials for senior stakeholders
- Providing regular Financial MI, reporting and analysis to internal/external stakeholders
- Assist the finance and underwriting teams in understanding the technical insurance results
- Provide data analysis for pricing of insurance and service products to the support the underwriting teams
- Work with the commercial reporting data analysts to insure integrity of data
- Assist and support the FP&A Manager in the design and development of KPIs and reporting tools
The Candidate:
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualified
- Degree Educated
- Some experience of supporting senior managers/stakeholders
- Great Excel and analytical skills
- FS exposure not essential
- Great communication and presentation skills
