A Prestigious Organisation in the Arts and Culture Arena seek a Head of Finance.
A keen interest, or even better, a passion for Art would be of benefit but Solid Financial background the the charity sector more so.

*A qualified accountant with a minimum of five years PQE
*A credible individual capable of interaction at Board of Trustee level
*Experience of reviewing and implementing new financial systems
*Able to work with non-financial specialists to help them manage budgets and control activities
*A rigorous approach to financial management and control
*An understanding of the work of a Development department
*Knowledge of charity accounting and SORP
*Detailed knowledge of VAT and partial exemption calculations
*Proven staff management experience
*Creative problem solver
*Entrepreneurial, creative, dynamic and hard-working
*Good communication skills
