Finance Manager

Group Reporting Manager is required for a rapidly growing Private Equity backed technology business based in Central London. This is a highly technical role, reporting directly into the Group Financial Controller with broad exposure to senior management.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Taking ownership of the production of high quality financial accounts and reports for the Group and subsidiary companies.
  • Ensuring the company complies with all regulatory requirements regarding financial reports.
  • Taking ownership of the Group consolidation process for both monthly internal management and statutory purposes.
  • Developing and implementing best practice processes and systems across the Group.
  • Managing the maintenance of central Group costs and implement robust controls over these.

The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant, with a strong technical background and prior experience of group financial reporting. Previous experience of running consolidation processes is essential and systems implementation experience would be an advantage. You will have the ability to interact with and develop working relationships internally and externally, with a proactive, forward looking and challenging mindset.
