A Leading International Property Development Group are seeking to recruit a Treasury Analyst to provide high quality back and middle office Treasury support for UK and Group purposes. Reporting into the Treasury Finance Manager your key responsibilities will include:
- Support the Treasury Finance Manager in providing key stakeholders, including Group, GB and other Operating teams, with accurate, timely and effectively communicated cash flow and management information.
- Take a leading role in the preparation of monthly and quarterly treasury reporting including; the Treasury Pack, draft Board reports, covenant compliance, cash flow forecasts, and inputs to management and statutory accounts.
- Provide analysis and insight supporting improvements in cash flow management.
You will possess a proven analytical and reporting background and have previously worked in a treasury function. Ideally you will hold a recognised accounting or treasury qualification and preferably have worked in the property industry.
