Corporate Finance Executive

Convex Capital is currently seeking a talented and ambitious individual looking to develop a successful career within Corporate Finance.

Recent business growth and an increased volume of high quality e-Comm, tech and fashion brand clients has led to the requirement for an additional Executive, to ensure continued service excellence for Convex’s market leading client pipeline.

You will support the preparation of information memoranda, financial models and business presentations, as well as the project management of transactions through to completion.

You will have a strong academic business background and ideally have gained previous commercial finance exposure.  You will be highly numerate, passionate about business with the ability to present information in a clear and concise manner and to contribute effectively as part of a motivated, incentivised team.
