Sewell Moorhouse is currently recruiting for a Corporate Finance Executive for a firm with offices in Leeds.
Supporting Partners in developing Corporate Finance within the organisation, your responsibilities will include researching and preparing for new deal opportunities and pitches, preparing transaction documentation and financial forecasts, project managing both small and large transactions, acting as point of contact for clients and ad hoc project work.
Ideally you will be ACA/ACCA qualified and my client is looking for individuals who have solid experience of working within Corporate Finance.
It is also essential that you have first class communication skills with the ability to deal with senior colleagues and clients.
