Our client is a highly regarded industry leader across the UK. Due to a significant growth phase and a organisational restructure a newly created position for a Senior Management Accountant has been created to join their business on a permanent basis.
Description
Reporting directly to the head of FP&A, the Senior Finance Analyst will be responsible for providing financial and commercial business partnering to both financial and non-financial business heads across the organisation. Specific duties include but are not limited to:
- Commercial support and analysis to a number of business units across the organisation.
- Create and implement management reporting in order to inform and aid fact-based decision making by senior management.
- Create and implement financial models to aid decision making.
- Reviewing all new product development proposals and providing financial analysis.
- Co-ordinate the annual forecasting and budget process.
- Develop and implement relevant KPIs and performance drivers.
- Other ad-hoc duties as requested.
Profile
The successful candidate must be ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualified and will have experience in performing within large and complex organisation. You must have experience in developing and embedding management reporting and possess strong analytical capabilities and be able to communicate effectively with all stakeholders across the business. Large ERP experience would be highly desirable also.
