Description
Key elements of the role for a Finance Recruiter in Central London include:
- Providing market knowledge and advice to employers
- Calling on clients and developing new business and relationships
- Negotiating contracts and agreements
- Sourcing suitable candidates via networking, advertising and referrals
- Maintaining candidate networks in given industry
- Interviewing candidates on a general basis and for specific roles
- Managing the job offer process and negotiating salary packages
- Maintaining market and commercial awareness through research and networking
- Working as part of a team to maximise Michael Page's commercial performance
- Developing and managing ongoing client relationships
- both on the phone and face to face
Profile
Experience working within Finance Sales would be a desirable but not required
Proven track record of hitting targets and being achievement driven
Ability to manage and develop a varied client base
Ability to manage and develop candidate relationships
Excellent communication skills
