Financial Accountant

Brewster Pratap are recruiting for a Financial Accountant job based in Leeds. THE JOB:

This job as Financial Accountant reports into the Financial Manager and requires a fully qualified ACA Accountant ideally from a Big 4 background. In your role as Financial Accountant your duties will include:

• Producing information required for quarterly reporting and bank reporting, preparing schedules and financial statements as required to a high standard within tight reporting deadlines.
• Preparing monthly management Accounts
• Producing statutory accounts
• Dealing with any VAT or TAX issues
• Liaising with external auditors and other internal departments as required to ensure accounts are prepared to a high standard within tight reporting deadlines.
• Monthly accounting tasks including inter-company reconciliations
• Supervising a well established, hard working accounts team
• Ad hoc projects as required.
