We have a permanent opportunity for a finance analyst to join the team. The Finance Analyst will report into the Head of FP&A, and be responsible for supporting the FIT business and FIT FP&A team with financial analysis and decision support. Using their system and analytical skills the analyst will maintain the necessary reports and models enabling the Business Partners to fully engage with their departments. The Finance Analyst will build and maintain effective relationships within the FP&A team and the wider stakeholders to the team.

So here's the profile of our ideal Financial Analyst:

  • Newly Qualified accountant. (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent).
  • Strong communication & interpersonal skills and ability to work closely with the commercial organisation.
  • A proactive individual who can prioritise their workload and take responsibility for delivery of robust financial analysis.
  • Experience of dealing with different companies / currencies & working in a complex global company.
  • HFM (or similar consolidation tool) systems experience essential.
  • Good modelling experience including advanced excel, with experience of handling large volumes of data and data mining.
  • An understanding of good financial processes and controls.
  • Ability to work in a constantly changing environment with changing priorities.
