Market leading multi million turnover engineering, logistical, technical outsourcing partner to a high number of the UK’s biggest companies has continued to grow in 2014.
As a consequence of a number of acquisitions and change in reporting requirements an interim Accountant is required to assist the Group Financial Controller through an IFRS to FRS 101 conversion of a number of Group companies.
There will be a mix of responsibilities which will include:
- Managing the conversion of a number of Group companies currently reporting under UK GAAP to FRS 101
- Assisting with the Group IFRS consolidation account preparation
- Liaison with Group auditors
- A number of ongoing one off projects
Candidates applying for this interim Group Accountant role must have the following background:
- Available from January 2015
- Able to commit to a minimum of 4 months until the end of April 2015
- ACA or ACCA qualified or the international equivalent
- Technically strong accountants from Practice and/or Industry
