Director of Finance Governance

Robertson Bell Finance is working with a global business with a turnover over £700m. They are both an international charity whilst also being a highly commercial, profit making entity.

This uniquely interesting organisation is currently continuing its growth by recruiting a Permanent Director of Finance Governance to manage projects to improve financial controls and compliance whilst providing a global assurance service to the organization.

The role will reporting to a recently appointed high profile CFO , you will be a member of the UK Finance Leadership team. The successful candidate must be innovative and commercial thinking as you will be taking on a highly visible role during a period of significant organizational change. Communication skills are key in this role and you should be able to full engage your management team as well as forming key relationships across the organisation

Experience required

Operating in International and Multi-cultural environments

Significant financial leadership

Qualified accountant with proven management experience

Experience of strong financial controls, governance & Assurance



Salary is £80,000 - £90,000 + a discretionary bonus and excellent benefits
