Robertson Bell Finance are recruiting a Capital Accountant. My client is a large Housing Association based in Reading going through huge growth, they are looking for a capital accountant for a period of 6 months.The main responsibilities of the capital accountant will be maintaining and reconciling information from the fixed asset register, fixed asset reporting for month end along with supporting commentary, preparation of quarterly and annual budgets, monthly processing of property transactions, yearend reconciliation and balance sheet reporting.
The right person for this role will have similar experience in a previous role, will have previous fixed asset experience and be strong on reconciliations. Housing Association experience and the use of Microsoft Dynamics are desired but not essential.
