A newly created opportunity has arisen within their Corporate Finance Team for a Corporate Finance Analyst to work for this dynamic, rapidly growing business as they look to build on their strong partnerships across the international markets.
Reporting to the Corporate Finance Director, you will take ownership for updating and maintaining the groups business plan. As well as this, you will be involved in the due diligence on potential acquisitions and providing support for ad hoc financial analysis.
It is essential that you are a qualified/part qualified Accountant with a strong commercial acumen. You will be well versed on excel and have prior experience maintaining business plans. You will be a proactive, forward thinking team player with the ability to influence people across the business at all levels.
