We are recruiting a world-class P2P Operations and Control specialist to join a well-known global business. The purchase-to-pay specialist will support the AP/AR Manager in this fast growing, and successful organisation. With experience in a strong procurement/buying role, as well as, ideally, experience in a trading environment, the successful candidate with have strong focus on performing ‘right first time’.
You must have experience of the following:
- Purchase to Pay methodology
- Review of global contracts
- Interaction with Shared Service Centres
- Creation of purchasing methodology
- Review of purchase requisitions against company policies
- Building PSLs
- Negotiation with suppliers
- Working with senior stakeholders
- Analysis of spend data for forecasting
Required Skills:
- Excellent Excel skills
- SAP
- First-class organisation skills
- E-Procurement systems
- Systems implementations
- Strong Commercial awareness
Education
- Degree level
- CIPS preferred
