Our SME, PE backed client based in London is seeking to appoint a new Finance Director.
Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for:
- Taking full ownership and accountability for all financial matters
- Business Partnering with the MD and fellow board members to drive business performance (bottom / top line growth)
- Developing / leading the finance team
- Managing cash flow
- Ensuring the modelling, budgeting, planning, forecasting and analysis is accurately, meaningful and timely
- Own the statutory accounting, management accounting, board park, reporting to the PE house
- Ensuring robust, controls, processes and procedures are in place
- Helping prepare the business for an exit in several years
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate, qualified accountant
- PE experience
- SME experience
- Currently operating at FD, Head of Finance, FD, Head of FP&A level
- Able to strategise, business partner and get ‘hands dirty’
