Rutherford Briant are recruiting for a Corporate Finance Executive in Norwich.
Our client is a large regional firm who are looking to add to their growing Corporate Finance team. This firm offers excellent prospects for an ambitious individual looking to commence a career within a reputable regional firm. This role involves reporting to a manager, whilst ensuring the younger members of the team are producing work that aligns with the high standards of the firm.
The main responsibilities of the role will include:
.Managing a diverse range of CF assignments.
.Ability to undertake transactions from a mixture of client sizes.
.Undertake a deal leader role and managing transactions with minimal supervision.
.Ability to scope and create integrated financial forecasts and models.
.To comment on how financially viable the client`s plans are.
The successful candidate will be either ACA/ACCA qualified, with a vast amount of Corporate Finance experience within Practice. The candidate will be able to demonstrate exemplary leadership and organisational skills.
