Finance Operations Manager

This is an opportunity to work for a Manchester based not for profit organisation during a period of significant strategic finance transformation. You will report directly to the Finance Director and will be responsible for the restructure of the operations team.

Your key responsibilities will encompass managing the finance operations team and acting as the transformation lead across multiple finance functions including AP,AR, credit control and payroll. You will be expected to assess existing finance processes within the business with a view to identifying ways to improve them.

Due to the scale of change within the business you will be tasked with restructuring the finance operations and where necessary assisting with the development and mentoring of the existing management structure within the business. In order to be considered for this role you must have proven man management experience and the ability to provide advice and guidance to managers on finance related matters. My client will only be considering candidates with experience of leading business change programmes.
