About the role

As CFO you will be the most senior officer based permanently in the Cayman Islands office, leading a team of six professionals including analysts and support staff.  

You will be responsible for monthly and quarterly reporting to investors/regulators on a number of distinct investment products managed by the firm, as well as coordination of audits with local audit firms.

Depending on your background and qualifications you may also be required to provide analysis, support and investment appraisal on new private equity and venture capital type investments.

You will be required to support the front office, fielding technical queries from investors and prospective investors.

About the ideal candidate

The ideal candidate will have a professional accounting designation (at least 5 years post qualified) with at least 3 years experience in hedge funds gained in audit, administration or fiduciary services. 

He or she will also have:

- Knowledge and experience with a diverse range of investment products and an understanding of investment appraisal methods.

- A work hard, play hard, "sports mentality".

- A healthy dose of entrepreneurial zeal.
