Robert Half Accounting and Finance are supporting an International Retail organisation in their search for a new Commercial / Finance Business Partner.
My client is a fast paced fashion retailer who have recently gone through a highly publicised IPO and advertising campaign. This has sky-rocketed my clients portfolio, and lead to a real time need for upskilling the Commercial Finance team.
The Role
My Client is looking to recruit outside of the normal finance remit, and incorporate a role which marries up a Senior Finance position, with a role which will have exposure across the organisations online retail teams.
My client has taken this step, as they have seen the benefit that finance can offer to the wider company and feel that "Adding Value" is a quality, driven by finance.
Duties will include:
- Creating and driving monthly KPI's
- Budgeting and Forecasting
- Board level reporting and recommendations
- Highlighting growth opportunities, both in the UK and Internationally
This is a role that my client has highlighted as a crucial part of their 2015 growth strategy. My client has a strong history of quality, and they are looking to build on this by embracing new value add methodologies, driven by the successful candidate.
Your Profile
This role is suited to a driven individual, who enjoys and feels comfortable working with system engineers and operations while also engaging at board level.
Ideally looking for qualified ACA with possibly Transactional Service's background, or a CIMA qualified with experience of high level data interrogating and delivery to senior stakeholders from finance and none finance backgrounds.
Salary & Benefits
- £33,000 to 40,000 basic
