We've got a fantastic opportunity for a Finance Analyst to join our team at Hilmore House (Bradford, BD3). Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, you will provide cutting edge analysis and a first class business partnering service to some of our most important stores - identifying opportunities, driving positive change and implementing performance improvements.

This is an exciting, challenging and unique role for an experienced Accountant/Analyst, who has the chance to make a real difference to our front-line retail business.

Duties will include:

• In depth analysis of overall performance, sales and profit for 83 of our retail stores
• Planning, forecasting and implementing change to optimise sales, profit and a number of key operating metrics
• Working with Senior stakeholders within the business to develop initiatives, promotions and new ideas
• Creating detailed action plans and following through to completion
• Building strong internal/external relationships, as well as presenting to both Store and Director level

What skills and qualifications do I need to be a successful:

• Ideally a Qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA or equivalent) with a strong track record
• Well developed analytical skills, with a keen eye and an inquisitive mind
• Creativity, Drive and initiative - you need to be able to spot a great opportunity and run with it.
• A real " people person" who can build trust, influence and challenge when necessary
