Client Details

Our client is a major player across the UK and globally with in the business service market.
With a turn over of circa £1bn, they are looking for a contractor to help with their statutory accountant based from their Surrey office.



Description

Working as part of the Group Accounts team but on a solo project role, you will be focused on doing the statutory accounting on 2 major businesses plus 6 small businesses and several dormant businesses.

At the end of June you will be required to work and liaise with auditors. And assist them where possible.

Weekly you will be asked to report back to the Head of Group Accounting to advise on your progression with the project.
Speed and accuracy are highly important in this role.

To be considered for this role you must be highly organised and dedicated to the completion of this project.
This role will be a contract for 6 months.


Profile

Candidates with strong communication skills.
And great attention to detail are encouraged to apply.
You must be qualified.
Experienced financial accountants are needed to hit the ground running with this project.
Speed and accuracy are key to your success in this role.
Previous experience of liaising with auditor is of high importance
