Finance Manager

Robertson Bell Finance are recruiting an Interim Finance Manager for a charity. The finance manager role will last for 12 months and is based in South Buckinghamshire.
The main responsibilities of the role will be preparation of monthly management accounts, cash flow forecasts, quarterly budget reporting, assisting in the preparation of year end accounts, balance sheet reconciliation, overseeing of monthly payrolls, maintaining the asset register of the charity and working with budget holders in regards to budget control.
Charity experience is essential for this role, my client is open to a part qualified or qualified candidate who would be able to commit to the 12 month role. Good communications will be paramount. You will need to be on no more than a one month notice period but preferably be immediately available or on a one - two week notice period. The current finance manager is stepping up into the Finance Director for a year and they are looking to back fill her position, if everything works out then this position may have the opportunity to go permanent. This is a great role to help a growing finance team with the opportunity for self-development, this role will indirectly manage one member of staff.
