Donation Supervisor

A rapidly growing and renowned International Development Charity are currently recruiting for a Donations Manager to join their dynamic team on a permanent basis and shape a new team aimed at dealing with supporter income. As the Donations Manager your role will include:

-Process all direct debits worth £1.6million on a monthly basis
-Send out email communications to supporters thanking them for their donations
-Recruit, retain and supervise staff members for the team
-Liaise with various teams across the organisation to update on the fundraising situations
-Make recommendations as to outsourcing various needs
