Robertson Bell are recruiting: We are looking for a Procurement advisor to join our client, a large Uk based charity on a permanent basis. An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Procurement Advisor to work in this varied and exciting role which will affect decisions across the whole of the charity and drive the organisation forward.
This is a new role and certainly one that can be shaped and made your own, taking on and reviewing the whole of the organisations procurement needs you will be analysing internal data to identify procurement opportunities and liaising with director level employees to suggest changes. Part of this role will be around supporting the re-procurement of various goods and services, working towards reducing the overhead spend across the whole organisation and maintaining the sales database & dealing with various fee queries.
We are looking for a bright, intelligent individual with strong Excel skills and good interpersonal skills. You will have a willingness to learn and some experience in commercial negotiations and pricing, you will have experience of procurement and contracts in a large organisation. We are looking for a candidate who wants a progressive role in which they can learn and grow as well as wanting to start their long term career in the procurement field. This role is well suited to an applicant who has a keen interest in finance and an eye for detail.
