Fast growing PE backed staffing provider have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Finance Professional to join one of their key brands in central London. Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, you will assist the Group Financial Controller in all aspects of the financial management of the group and help to create a world class group finance function. With a focus on financial reporting and systems development, it is also a wide-ranging role that will suit an individual who has the desire and credibility to operate amongst the senior management and board.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing the group’s consolidated result and monthly/quarterly board/shareholder reports
- Developing an improved consolidation system
- Managing the year end statutory audit
- Performing risk analysis and improving controls
- Preparing ad-hoc analysis for CEO, CFO and Head of M&A
Candidate profile:
- Accountancy qualification (ACA/CA or equivalent)
- Consolidation experience
- Statutory reporting and/or audit experience
- Exceptionally organised and with a focus on quality
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
