INTERIM FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT

A qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA accountant is required for an interim contract in Hull. Our client is in the manufacturing sector although a background of working in manufacturing is not required for this role. Candidates should have immediate availability or be available in the near future.

THE ROLE
The role is to help provide support to a very busy accounting team and will include preparing financial and statutory accounts. Due to an increased workload on the existing team there could also be some project work to undertake and ad hoc duties as and when required.

THE CANDIDATE
Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA and with previous experience of financial accounting, the successful candidate will be a competent/Advanced Excel user and have strong systems experience generally. Working as part of a team, it is important to be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and managers both in the finance team and elsewhere in the company. Strong analytical and investigative skills will also be required as will the ability to produce any necessary reports. Candidates must have either immediate availability or be able to start within a couple of months.

THE BENEFITS:
Dependent upon level of post qualification experience the salary will be in the region of £30,000 - £40,000 pro rata.
