Site Finance Manager

Hudson James Human Capital Group are currently recruiting for a Site Finance Manager for a manufacturing business based in Leicester.

Reporting in to the Head of Finance this position will involve assisting with the strategic, operational and commercial plans for the company, stakeholder management, management and leadership of the finance team as well management of the weekly/monthly statutory and management accounts. You will also oversee the production of the weekly P&L, KPI reporting and the budgets and forecasting. The Finance Director will be looking to you as his right hand person to provide the right quality of information in order help him drive the planning process and to assist in high level strategic decision making.

To apply for this role you will be a qualified accountant with experience of working in the manufacturing  sector and have worked for a business at a senior management level. To be a success in this role you will have excellent negotiation skills, strong leadership qualities and be able to work in a fast paced and diverse environment.
