• Previous commercial experience and commercially intuitive
• Build and inspire teams with clear purpose, accountabilities, performance goals and trust
• The ability to work across a complex matrix organization with key and senior stakeholders

The Technical Bit:

All we ask for is that you have the following:

• A strong academic background. (Degree educated)
• Qualified Accountant or equivalent (MBA)
• A background in a Consumer Goods/FMCG/Retail or Manufacturing environment.
