We require a person to develop and maintain all necessary financial controls, systems and processes to ensure the efficient and effective management of JTL’s finances and compliance with statutory requirements.

This will involve producing regular reports to enable the measurement and balancing of college fees, commercial invoices, bank reconciliations, purchase and sales ledgers as well as reporting for submission to the Inland Revenue.

Furthermore you will be responsible for managing the payroll of the company and liaising with company auditors and producing annual returns. 

With a good track record as an Accounts Manager with proven line management experience,  payroll, credit control and working knowledge of Sage Line 50. Recognised qualifications in accounting, payroll or credit control is essential, with an understanding of VAT being a distinct advantage. And, you will, of course, need an organised approach and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
