Peterborough: Cambridgeshire:- The One Group have been engaged to recruit an Assistant Financial Controller for an established Charity in Peterborough. The position initially will be offered on a 12 month contract and has the potential to become permanent.
Key duties include:
- monthly management accounts production
- cost centre management
- assist with forecast and budget preparation
- assist with year end statutory accounts and associated audit procedures
- maintain the fixed asset register
- deputise for the FC
Suitable applicants will be part or fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA and have a varied financial and management accounts back ground.
Experience of tightening up control procedures is desirable, as is knowledge of report writing
