We are currently recruiting for a Finance Manager based in Warrington for a local charity. They are looking to recruit an effective team leader, who can develop others and is results focused. The position will report directly into the Financial Director supervising a team of 4.
Duties include:-
• Manage the Sales Ledger & Purchase Ledger Team to ensure all invoices are raised and monies collected
• Ensure all creditors are paid in line with the companies terms and ensuring accuracy with all BACS and payments.
• Responsible to ensuring month end reconciliations are completed
• Processing Journals and Accruals.
• Point of contract and liaise with the Bank and maintain account accuracy
• Demonstrate responsibility and leadership within the team and company
• Dealing with Auditors at Year End
Requirements of the role:
• Previous experience of managing a finance team
• Excellent IT systems including Microsoft office
• Ability to communicate effectively and motivate a team
• Working to tight deadlines
