Head of FP&A

This entrepreneurial, rapidly growing and acquisitive consumer technology business is now seeking a charismatic Group FP&A specialist to play a key role in its continued international growth. Reporting directly to the Group Financial Controller this is a very high profile position, with very regular exposure to the Exec Board including the CEO and CFO. Key responsibilities will include:

• Building and managing the financial planning, analysis, forecasting and budgeting functions
• Creating and tracking robust financial plans with appropriate KPI's
• Analysing current commercial tools and manage the implementation of new commercial processes in line with key business strategies
• Producing and presenting group reporting packs to the Executive Board
• Ad hoc projects

The successful candidate will be a 'hands on' qualified with demonstrable background in FP&A experience, and ideally able to demonstrate experience of creating and strengthening an FP&A function. You will be confident, with strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to proactively build relationships in a fast paced environment.
