Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

A leading software company based in Berkshire is currently seeking a driven, analytically-minded individual with exceptional technical skills to join them as Financial Planning and Analysis Manager. In this role, you will be supporting the company's Senior Finance Director in Planning, Finance and Analysis, developing strategic business plans and providing analysis in order to drive growth which is both sustainable and profitable. The successful applicant will also partner and build relationships with with the Sales, Marketing and R&D departments.

As FP&A Manager, you will be responsible for providing critical analysis of the annual operating plan and the monthly forecast, analysing business trends in order to promote growth. You will also analyse and evaluate both risks and opportunities in achieving financial objectives, and have the opportunity to assist with presentations being showcased at an executive level.

The successful candidate will hold either an MBA or a professional qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA), and will have strong previous FP&A experience. The ability to multi task and to work and communicate effectively as part of a team is a must.
