Your Housing Group continues to work to significantly improve the processing and calculation of its Housing Property assets.
This is a complex organisation which requires access to its data in a robust manner across legal entity and operating segment, however following annual review there is also a need for a renewed focus on efficient processing of data. The existing data held against all 33,000 properties within the Fixed Asset register and the procedures that support it need to be reviewed to reduce administrative burden, to ensure complete and accurate data is available and to provide timely control accounts reconciling to internal data sources as well as to external regulatory data.
