Head of Finance

A small-medium sized charity based in South London is currently looking to recruit a new Head of Finance / Financial Controller during a key time for the charity as its business model goes through change.

Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will to take full ownership of the finance function, including leading on financial control, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.

Leading a small team, you will be required to be both strategic and hands on, as you drive through financial improvements, with a focus on improved MI for strategic decision making at Board level.

To be successful in this role, you will be a fully qualified accountant with broad experience across both technical and analytical accounting. You will be comfortable developing improved business partnering and increasing the effectiveness of management information. Experience of working within a Not for Profit environment is also strongly desirable.
