In the last year, the British Heart Foundation implemented new finance accounting and reporting systems (Sun 6 based ledgers, with an Infor BI reporting suite). This new role will report into the Group Financial Controller and will assume responsibility for the management of the financial accounting and accounts receivable teams. 

The team’s responsibilities include income transaction processing, balance sheet reconciliation, monthly close processes and annual reporting.  You‘ll be an ACA (or equivalent) qualified accountant with relevant post qualification experience and proven technical strength in compliance, treasury technical accounting and year end reporting.

You’ll be experienced in managing and driving teams, including both qualified and un-qualified finance staff.
